All right all right I think we're going to do a little different today.
I'll pull this up here not in our books right away although I will check your books in a minute here I want to start by reading something to you and I want you to try and listen to it and tell me what we're going to talk about today and then I'm going to give you the paper.
So first I want you just to listen.
This might be a little difficult for some, but just try and listen and

I get up every day at 5 30. I shave and wash up I get a quick bite to eat.
I'm on the road by 6 30 I get to the studio and have a cup of coffee and on and on we all have routines that we go through each day.
The things we do almost as a rule.
Routines can be wonderful like a certain exercise routine that we follow.
It keeps us on track to being fit.
I call my parents and brothers

a brother every Friday. It's part of my weekly routine.
But routines can also make our day kind of bland or lacking flavor a bit too normal.
We go through our day and it's not special.
It's easy for the days to fly by if we stick to our routines if you get a chance, do something outside your daily routine, choose different ways to walk to the bus stop, find a new restaurant to eat lunch call your loved one at a time you normally wouldn't.
These aren't big changes in your routine

but those little changes can still spice up our lives in little ways.
OK what do you think we're going to talk about today just based on that routines and maybe two things about the routines we could talk about can you guess he kind of said in some ways they're good but also sometimes they're a little bad right so we're going to talk about our routines and how they can be good, how they can be bad and ways we can
