I want to talk about this one because I saw a few mistakes on this.
When we use the Jaron form with the ing, this is go climbing right? So think of this as like this is a phrase but this is the verb this is the verb.
So when we do this we need ing to the go.
So I love going and then this will stay the same climbing.
But even if it's ing ing, we still need to do that.
I love going swimming I love going hiking.
We will always have when you have a go climbing

So there's a lot of these kind of complex verbs where you have two verbs together and these are the general rules like a lot of things in English rules sometimes are broken

So if you have play, you're going to use that with activities with multiple people like soccer games or chess or video games things that can be done with many people.
So you'd say I play soccer we play chess, they play video games but exercises or martial arts you will use do for those I do take one though you would not use play for this one.
We do zumba when they do push ups we're going to use do when there's an exercise or some martial arts.

I usually play chess. I like playing chess so the first verb will get the ing when we change to the gerbs.

P versus F. Both of those we call are voiceless so they're just the air coming out of your lips
